
ANDREW JAQUES
Andrew Jaques is a Senior Executive with RegNet Environmental Services and has more than 16 years of experience managing a broad range of environmental, health and safety programs for the chemical and petroleum industries. Mr. Jaques has expertise in chemical product stewardship, scientific and environmental advocacy, chemical exposure and risk assessment, regulatory and legislative analysis, and research program management. He has a strong, multi-disciplinary technical background in environmental and public health sciences and is experienced in trade association management.
From 1998 to 2008, Mr. Jaques managed a variety of chemical panels for the American Chemistry Council covering products such as hydrocarbon and oxygenated solvents, aromatics and petroleum additives. Program management areas for the panels included chemical assessments, ozone and VOC regulations, air toxics, occupational and consumer exposure, children's health, and international environmental programs.
From 1991-1998, Mr. Jaques worked at the American Petroleum Institute in several positions addressing occupational and environmental health, hazard communication, industrial hygiene, safety and fire protection for the petroleum industry.
Mr. Jaques has a bachelor's degree in Economics and Physics from Drew University in Madison, NJ and completed course work for a Masters of Public Health degree in Environmental and Occupational Health from George Washington University in Washington, DC.
